Q. What do I need to bring to 2COMS when I come in for an interview?

A. Please bring a clean copy of you resume, be on time and dress professionally. You do not need to come in a suit unless you have a scheduled interview at a company and are coming in to be prepared for that interview.

Q. Is there a fee for your service?

A. There is no fee and any cost for our candidates, we are compensated by our clients.

Q. What industries and positions do you specialize in?

A. We cater to more than 10+ industries from ITES-BPO,KPO,LPO, Banking and Financial services, Telecom, Retail and FMCG, Sales and Marketing and many more. And we recruit employees starting from Freshers level to Managers to Senior level to CEO's and top management.

Q. What are your hours and typically how long does the preliminary interview take?

A. We usually conduct interviews from 10:00AM-6:00PM. The first interview consists of a quick application and then usually a 20-25 minute face to face interview. The initial meeting primarily covers your search criteria, and helps us get to know you as a person. We find it important to educate our candidates of the current marketplace and what they can expect from our service. Our candidates are very important to us. We do not take your time or interests lightly. We promise that meeting with us will be a very positive and productive experience.

A. 2COMS was formed in 1999. The management team and staff bring over 15years experience in the recruitment industry.
