Riding on the eCommerce boom in the country, 2COMS group has successfully forayed into the warehousing manpower domain with success. In terms of capacity, the deployed workforce in warehouses across India can handle 4651920 packages in a month.

The workforce need in logistics is growing by the minute and is shaping up to be a decent career choice for 10/12 pass, Male/Female, Freshers and Experienced pool. The blue collar domain is seeing a steady upswing in need. An article in Deccan Herald dated 21st May 2024 notes that, "According to a report by blue-collar worker marketplace Huntr, the demand for skilled blue-collar workers from India has surged by 25 per cent during May 2023-April '2024, as compared to the same period of the previous year

The target industry is still unorganized but broadly all the industries which has Warehouse ( eg – eCommerce, Retail, Manufacturing – all Industries, 3PL, FMCD, FMCG, etc) falls into purview.

Big part of this deployment is still unorganized but slowly moving towards Organized Staffing Partners generally employed for Blue Collar hiring and management. Warehouse staffing is not a core subject to Business & needs a lot of specialization (thus outsourced to Partners for whom this is core Business)

are also benefiting from Staffing – On roll of partner vendor like 2COMS but deputed at Client workplace. The workforce can o perate Pan India but in an Industry wise Cluster (this helps in cost leveraging in suppliers/storage/logistics)

The main problem statement in the business operations is it is highly transactional and extremely critical – as this is integral part of Supply Chain Challenge. Warehouse staffing is proving to be cost effective but provide high quality service (both hiring and employee management)
